NMHA ONLINE REGISTRATION
Online Registration will be open from June 1st, 2010 to September 12th, 2010.
Please Read the following information before proceeding to the Online Registration
Online registration will require Internet Explorer v8, Mozilla Firefox 3, Safari 3 or greater.

Players will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Payment must be received to complete registration.
If registering for the first time, click here for information about our programs.
All players must register in their respective division regardless if playing HL or Rep. Note: it is not necessary to know your child’s division, the system will default to the correct division once you enter your child’s date of birth.
For your convenience, you will be able to pay with VISA or Mastercard online. The online registration also allows you the option to use cheque or money order for payment. Cheque / Money order must be received within 7 days of the invoice date or the registration will become null & void. Cheques can NOT be post-dated, payment due on date of registration. Cash will not be accepted.
NSF cheques will incur a $25.00 charge. The amount of the NSF charge along with the fee will be due and payable upon demand with a cashier's check or money order.

Registration for the 2010-2011 season is open to players born in the years 1990-2005. Players born in 2006 will be accepted on a wait list basis. Four year olds will not be accepted in our Mini Tyke program until September 1st subject to space availability. To register and be placed on a wait list, contact our office.
** Non-Newmarket residents can register early with a post dated cheque for the applicable registration fee including the non-resident fee. However, out of town registrants will not be guaranteed a spot until September, space permitting. To register, you must contact the NMHA office.
All New Registrations must provide proof of age (copy of birth certificate) and residency (copy of driver's licence or utility bill). Please mail to PO Box 71081, 570 Mulock Drive, Newmarket, ON L3X 1Y8 or fax to 905-898-3557.
If you have moved to Newmarket and have played in another hockey centre, you must contact the NMHA office, as you will be required to complete a player transfer form which requires approval by the OMHA before you can register.
Players registering with NMHA can not play with any other Minor Hockey Association during the 2010-2011 season.
There may be two goalies assigned to a team as required.
NMHA reserves the right to move players in order to provide a fair and balanced house league program. In cases of disputes, a pro-rated refund will be available.
Game / practice schedules are subject to change and there is no gaurantee of a weekly practice and/or game due to ice availability.
Note: Due to the size of our organization, we do not guarantee friend or team requests.
Equipment Required: Mouth guard must be coloured (not clear) and if not fitted by a dentist, must be tethered to the players face mask, hockey helmet with cage, neck guard, jock/jill, hockey pants, shoulder pads, elbow pads, shin pads, skates, stick and hockey gloves. NMHA provides all players with a hockey jersey and socks.
